Shipping Policy

Local pickup: Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide

Pickup is free. You can collect your order by appointment in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. Pickup is a lovely way to hear your instrument before you take it home.

Crystal Tones bowls are pickup only, from Sydney. We don't ship them. If your order includes a Crystal Tones bowl, the whole order is collected free in Sydney, by appointment, and checkout won't offer shipping.

Choose pickup at checkout, or email singingbowlsaus@gmail.com, and we will contact you to arrange a time and share the pickup location.

Shipping within Australia

We ship Australia-wide, usually with Australia Post.

• Bowl sets and crystal harps: $60 flat rate, anywhere in Australia
• Crystal singing chalices: the same size bands as single bowls. Every chalice we sell is 10″ or smaller, so chalices are $23 within Australia
• Single bowls up to 10″: $23
• Single bowls 11″ and 12″: $45
• Single bowls bigger than 12″: $50
• Ocean drums and rainsticks (all sizes): $23
• Crystal Tones bowls: not shipped. Pickup only, from Sydney
• Swing chimes and Koshi chimes: $12.95 within Australia
• Other small items such as mallets, carry bags, tingshas, kalimbas and shakti shells: $12.95
• Dispatch: orders usually go out on the day of payment or the next business day
• Delivery time: Australia Post's standard delivery estimates for your area apply

You pay one shipping charge per order: the highest rate of the items in your cart. For example, a set with a mallet ships for $60, and a 14″ bowl with an 8″ bowl ships for $50.

We will email you tracking details once your order has been sent.

International shipping

We ship bowl sets, crystal harps, crystal singing chalices, swing chimes and Koshi chimes overseas. The rate is shown at checkout and is the same for every international destination we ship to. Chalices are still $23 within Australia (they are all 10″ or smaller), and swing chimes and Koshi chimes are still $12.95 within Australia.

Ships worldwide, including all of Europe, Latin America and island nations. Checkout is in AUD, and Australia is the default country.

Single bowls, ocean drums, rainsticks and other small items ship within Australia only. If your cart includes one of those, checkout will only accept an Australian address. The whole order ships overseas only when every item is a set, a harp, a chalice, swing chimes or Koshi chimes. Bowl sets, crystal harps, crystal singing chalices, swing chimes and Koshi chimes ship worldwide. For overseas orders of other items, please email singingbowlsaus@gmail.com.

Packing fragile crystal

Crystal singing bowls, chalices and crystal harps are fragile, so every order is packed carefully to protect it on the way to you.

If your order arrives damaged

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, let us know within 3 days of receiving it, ideally with photos of the item and the packaging, and keep the packaging. Every piece is packed very carefully, and we have never had an item damaged in shipping. We will sort out a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Payment and dispatch

You can pay by card (via Stripe), Afterpay or PayID. Orders usually go out on the day of payment or the next business day.

Delivery address and lost parcels

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it, email singingbowlsaus@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days or your parcel hasn't arrived, let us know and we will follow it up with the carrier.
